Sacha De Micheli
Mr. De Micheli graduated in econometrics at the University of Zürich, Switzerland. Mr. De Micheli is a senior analyst and manager of private equity investments in the biotechnology sector at BSI SA, a privately held Swiss bank. In addition, Mr. De Micheli is also the manager of BSI - New Biomedical Frontier fund (SICAV), an open-end fund which invests globally in public companies in the biotechnology sector.

Jonathan Gelles, D.Phil.
Dr. Gelles, Chairman of Burton Advisers Ltd. (BAL), received his doctorate in physical organic chemistry from Oxford University and has been active in the health sciences investment community for many years, both in the U.S. and Europe sector.

Jack Keene, Ph.D.
Dr. Keene is the James B. Duke Professor of Molecular Genetics and Microbiology where he founded the Center for RNA Biology in 1999. He served as chairman of the Department of Microbiology from 1992-2002 and as director of basic sciences for the Duke Comprehensive Cancer Center from 1995-2003.
Dr. Keene's research focuses on the structure and function of RNA-binding proteins in mammalian cells and viruses. His recent work uses RNA-binding proteins for gene expression profiling using microarrays and other genomic methods in order to understand the organization and dynamics of messenger RNAs in organs and tumors. He completed his undergraduate studies at the University of California, Riverside, and earned his Ph.D. from the University of Washington, Seattle; his postdoctoral work was at the National Institutes of Health in Bethesda before coming to Duke University in 1978.

Pierre Kladny
Mr. Kladny holds a MS in Microelectronics and Computer Science from The Swiss Federal Institute of Technology and has a Postgraduate qualification in Industrial Accounting. As an entrepreneur for 18 years, he founded four companies in the technology and consumer goods areas. He joined Lombard Odier Darier Hentsch in 2002 to participate in the LO and DH merger and restructuring in both listed and private listed and private equity funds (MiniCap, Renaissance, Immunology Fund). He headed the Private Equity advisory services department with $800 million under investment. In 2005, Pierre founded ValleyRoad Capital, a boutique M&A and Private Equity firm.
