Financial Profile

AlphaVax is a privately held company, incorporated in the state of Delaware. We have completed five rounds of private equity financing, a Series A seed round with individual "angel" investors in the Research Triangle Park area of North Carolina and Preferred Series B, C, D and E rounds with both domestic and overseas-based financial institutions, funds and individual investors. Approximately 30% of our historical efforts have been funded to date by private equity.

We also benefit significantly from financial support from other sources, notably income and sponsored research payments from corporate partnerships and financial support from grants and foundations.
